What are event hours?

Events can run from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, including setup and cleanup.

How many guests allowed?

The maximum capacity for any event is 50 attendees to ensure comfort and safety.

Are there prohibited items?

Yes, no alcohol, smoking or vaping, drugs, weapons, fireworks, or open flames are allowed on the premises.

What about parking options?

Parking is available only on the street; driveway parking is not permitted.

Can I smoke or vape here?

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

Are open flames or fireworks allowed?

No open flames or fireworks are permitted to ensure everyone's safety during events.

Are restrooms onsite?

No restrooms are available; events over two hours require porta-john rental.

Is electricity provided?

Electricity is not provided; lessees must bring their own generator if needed.

Can vendors participate?

Yes, vendors are allowed at the event space. Please ensure that all vendors have proper permits.

What if event lasts over two hours?

You must rent a portable restroom since no restrooms are onsite.

By submitting this request, I acknowledge that this is a use request only and does not reserve the date until it has been reviewed, approved, and confirmed. If approved, I agree to sign the required lease agreement/contract before using the space. I also agree to follow all garden rules, including no alcohol, smoking/vaping, drugs, weapons, fireworks, or open flames. I understand that street parking is required and that the adjacent private driveway/residence is not included and may not be used for parking or entry. Finally, I agree to respect and protect the garden space and to complete all cleanup before leaving so the area is returned to its original condition.
